The annual HOA meeting is held in January each year. Minutes will be posted on this site. The board will meeting periodically holding open time at the end of the meeting to entertain member questions. Please email your questions to the Board in advance of the meeting. Thank you.

The Board must approve additions, fences, and home changes per By Laws and Phase Restrictions. Please email the board in advance of your planned improvement to assure this is approved before work begins. Approvals after a homeowner constructs item requiring approval may or may not be approved requiring removal of unapproved constructio
The Board must approve additions, fences, and home changes per By Laws and Phase Restrictions. The Board and all homeowners are responsible following all By Laws and restrictions. The current board is responsible for approvals in 2023.
